Bouncer was a guy that was abandoned by his parents and was adopted by a gangster from bloods gang after a while of growing up he learned about guns drugs from his uncles since they were all a part of gangs he looked up to them and one day a friend of his taught him bow to steal cars and sell them to others and taught him all about radars and stuff and one day while he got into a conflict with one of the car owner that he was staling and thats when he had to fight for his life and figured how much of a good shoter he is
And from that day he kept doing murders stealing cars

1 . Bouncer retains the authority to refuse to present his ID when requested..
2. Bouncer can break IC laws due to his corruption (without breaking any OCC rules )
3. Bouncer can misuse his authority and power to aid his friends in escaping from prison or removing them from the wanted list.(darknet)
4. Bouncer has the ability to receive bribes of up to $100,000. (cannot take a bribe to be hostage)
