2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1-) I'm a veteran NG Member. I'm trusting my leadership skills and thats why i want to be leader of this NG. Otherwhile I'm have so many experience from LSPD,SAHP,FIB. If i got term i will do my best with my all experience.
2-) I have so many idea for protect to LS and PB. We will protect to high way's with air force scoting team. We will watch everything and we will protect all citizens and we will support the all Leo's.
3-) We will have good paycheck and I'll give good bonus and I will ensure that NG members are respected by everyone. We will train the all NG members and we will supoort them for everything. But if we see any rule breaker soldier we can issue strike,demotion or blacklist. I will do my best and I have a goal i wanna finish the 2 term succsesfully and I wanna be so active while my term. And last one our members will support other leo's with candy run.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in National Guard.
1-) I will be sure for all soldiers follow a chain of command.
2-) We will have best HR department in city. They will train all soldiers and they will be ready for hire someone at FZ.
3-) Lastly we will host IC events for soldiers fun and citizens. I have a perfect team for this purpose. I have a perfect team for this purpose.
S.A.S:
SAS is a special force within the military system, they must always be ready to go out on missions with other Leos. they must always be in top form within rules and discipline. If i get the leadership i will train the SAS soldiers better and make sure they always know what they are doing.
Infantry:
infantry are the ones who recruit new soldiers, and train them to be professional and disciplined. if I get the leadership I will make sure I get top quality training.
Military Police:
Military police are the ones who look after all soldiers, make sure they don't carry or own any illegal objects. provided that they are well versed in the rules. if I get the leadership I will increase the capacity with soldiers, within the military police to ensure that all corrupt soldiers are taken.
Airforce:
airforce are highly trained pilots with good reflexes. they are the ones who transport soldiers to missions as well as with globals, they fly around the base after intruders and gangs. if I get the leadership I will make sure that we always have free polos ready for battle.
