As a young man having grown up in Athens Ohio Chris Seagal was no stranger to struggle, gangs, corruption and poverty were everywhere he looked. All Chris Seagal has ever wanted to was help people and survive. It wasn't long until a local Motorcycle Club took Chris under their wing and taught him about making money outside the law. Becoming the youngest ever patch member in The Seagal MC he quickly rose the ranks within the organization until he was given the opportunity of a lifetime, move to Los Santos and start the newest chapter of the Seagal MC. However upon opening the chapter and setting up a club house in Sandy Shores Chris and the rest of the club realized that they had a worthy opponent, The San Andreas Highway Patrol.
Realizing that the SAHP was the only standing between his club succeeding or failing, Chris mad the tough call to join the SAHP and learn what makes them tick. After years of climbing the ranks of SAHP just as he had with the Seagal MC it was clear that it was time to start brining down the organization from the inside. Hurt the organization that caused his club so much trouble over the last decade was Chris' true mission this whole time. Helping his club from within the criminal justice system was his sole responsibility as this chapter's president. Bringing down SAHP to lift up Seagal MC Los Santos chapter, because his one true calling was two wheels on the open road.
