Life story:
One day, a boy named Can, was borned in Los Santos. During middle school, the police intervened in the traffic on the streets and those muscular police officers were very fond for Can. In fact, being a police officer was something Can dont wanted to do, even though he have to do, because it was something like Father's profession. Can, can say to his father, grandfather and even his entire family are police officers. Can graduated from the police academy at the university and eventually created an application for Los Santos Police Department. Once upon a time, he entered the room for an interview and 2 days later, he was accepted for the application. He wanted to start right away because he was so excited. After completing his training very quickly, he completed his duties very well and continued his career. After that, he saw a gun on the road randomly and the idea of selling this gun to criminals came to his mind. After meeting and selling it, he liked it and could actually make good money from it. So Can started to get corrupt and turn a blind eye to some illegal activities. He also continue illegally resells confiscated weapons and equipment in order to earn something extra. That's exactly why the idea of becoming corrupt came up.
Career Story:
Can started his professional career at the LSPD. Can learned and completed his trainings quickly because he was so excited become a patrol officer. Can learned fastly and began making friends at LSPD very early on. Through quick successes, LSPD was promoting Can more and more. After Can and his friends got to know each other well, they decided to move to the same house together. After Can finished 2 term with his friends, the leader and his High Commands decided Can worthy of the high command position aswell. One day the illegal side of Can came to light again. First he started beating suspects or even shooting at them, but it didn't stop. He started to go to the ghetto more and more often after his duty and robbed people there. His friends were always important to him, he still protected them and sold them illegal equipment.
Outcomes:
1- Can is able to illegally buy or sell weapons. ( except to LSPD gears )
2- Can, can take bribes. ( up to 100k and illegal items on 10-15's while arresting or releasing them)
3- Can, can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
4- Can, can take contracts or start random prison breaks due to his mental issues. ( with Darknet task or using USB 1 time daily )
5- Can, can arrest/capture anyone for fake charges, and has the ability to frighten/disrespect anyone such as how gang members do. ( (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
