Founded by Chelsea, Lucio and Hudson Windsor, who sought a safe haven to escape crime and hunger, their initial skepticism about Los Santos was dispelled upon arrival. Transitioning from the illegal to the legal side of the city due to financial necessity, Chelsea and Lucio, along with a few gang members, ventured into store robbery and were eventually arrested by Jack and Martin Windsor, who offered guidance and support. After serving their time, they joined forces with Jack and Martin to grow the Windsor family, now offering a Vinewood house as a safe haven for family and friends.
