2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

Why
: I have joined SAHP about 2 years ago in Mathew's term (EN-2) and since then I have worked in every division I have worked through every rank of SAHP, I have guided people and now they have also become High commands and . I have experience in HC for quite a long time now and that is why I feel I would be a good leader to take place and I have also been in luke hulk term (first term of SAHP in en3) as a high command. I was also in Elon moose term as a chief of division which made my experience more clear about en3 Legal orgs and i also was an admin in en3 that made me more clear of how the legal orgs work in en3.

Purpose: My purpose to be the leader of this organization is that I want to change some things that were not seen or taken into consideration for example letting people work through each and every rank and encouraging them to join a division of Recruitment Specialist and help in training other people and getting rewarded for that. Another purpose is that I have heard from many and even experienced favoritism in SAHP and I would like to change that in the aspect of giving promotions fairly and letting people enjoy every rank and uniform that they change. What can I achieve: I will achieve more people in the organization and more ways to improve roleplay and I want more people to be in more divisions to learn and experience something new. I will make new people reach their potential and use their skills in this organization to make them better people. Most of the time i saw that officers in SAHP don't wanna leave the HQ because they think that they can earn more money by giving insurance. I think that i have experience of leadership which will help me to take SAHP to next level.

Aspiring to be a leader within a specific organization could stem from the desire to enhance skills, gain experience, and broaden one's understanding of the industry or field. Additionally, leadership positions often offer a chance to mentor and inspire others, further contributing to personal growth and development.

3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Proper night and time schedules shifts- Running the org smoothly requires a good management and a proper time zone setup should be there to have maximum number of officers on duty.

Respect and communication- Giving respect to employees and to every one is the biggest thing that a human could give. A proper communication in the org will result in a proper and well-mannered out comes, SAHP's history has shown the respect and the best communication to the citizens from ages.

RTS (Recruitment Training System)- Academics and exams will provide better training. Professionalism in the organisation can and will be maintained only if all officers receive adequate training. The future of the organisation depends on the new officers. RTS will professionally train each and every officer. Proper logs checking will be there, Promotions will only be given if the logs are good and the officer is hard-working.

Internal Affairs- Internal Affairs is the most important department in my opinion. I have been chief of IA and I fully understand the duties of IA. No one likes unfair promotion, rude talk to lower ranking officers, officers bullied by high command, etc. All these factors I have stated are very common in orgs. There will be a 0% tolerance policy for these things. From cadet to chief commander, everyone will be treated equally.

Patrolling- Regular highway patrolling will be there. I will personally take part in patrols with my officers. Everything will be done so the officers will learn more and they will be more familiar with every day situations on the highway. I will also include radar catching patrol to have a good RP patrol.

High commands and other senior staff- We will have the most experienced high command with the capability to quickly react to the situations and take care of the officers. No favouritism will be tolerated. We will have the high command in a 50:50 ration, half for daytime and the rest for night time.
